Intellectual property
VaultGrid Academy retains rights to curricula, lab scenarios, anonymized replay materials, and trademarks published on archiveportal.one. Participants receive a limited license to use handouts for internal operations training within the enterprise that paid tuition.
You may not resell course packs, host them on public file shares, or strip attribution from photography credits displayed in the footer. Open-source tools referenced in class ship under their respective licenses.
If you believe materials infringe your rights, contact hello@archiveportal.one with jurisdiction-specific filings and we will respond within reasonable enterprise timelines.
Termination
Either party may terminate enterprise agreements for convenience with thirty days written notice where contracts permit. We may suspend access immediately for conduct that endangers instructors, classmates, or facilities, including refusal to follow safety briefings.
Termination does not erase obligations to pay for services already delivered or to honor confidentiality commitments made during labs.
Service description
VaultGrid Academy delivers instructor-led training programs, simulation labs, certification bootcamps, and operational readiness assessments for data center operations teams. Offerings are educational and do not replace vendor support contracts or professional engineering sign-offs.
Descriptions on this site are informational. Specific cohort schedules, pricing, and prerequisites may change; the contact desk confirms authoritative details before invoicing.
Participant obligations
Participants must provide accurate enrollment information, follow facility access rules, and respect intellectual property restrictions. You agree not to record classmates without consent or upload scrubbed scenarios in ways that could identify customer sites.
If you attend on-site modules, you must carry PPE required by the host facility and follow Korean occupational safety norms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Consumers retain non-waivable protections under the Framework Act on Consumers and related regulations.
Venue for disputes shall be the courts of Seoul, unless mandatory law assigns a different venue for your category of customer.
Liability limits
To the extent permitted by Korean law, VaultGrid Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of educational materials. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to a single enrollment shall not exceed the tuition paid for that enrollment.
We do not warrant uninterrupted website availability and are not responsible for third-party networks that deliver pages to your browser.
Acceptance
By browsing archiveportal.one, submitting forms, or enrolling in programs, you acknowledge these terms. If you enroll on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind that organization.
Continued use after posted updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms where law permits; material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least thirty days.
